Java Kirana Combines Science and Technology for a Better Indonesian Coffee
At Java Kirana, we believe that Indonesian Coffee has the potential to shine when nurtured properly, processed with proper standards, and delivered with the right partners. We are actively trying to be the pioneer in developing exemplary estate management programs, science-backed post processing methods, and technology enabled traceability system to ensure fair trade.
We believe that with the right combination of practical science and applicable technology principles, we can increase the production capacity and the product quality of Indonesian coffee beans, and also improve the quality of welfare of Indonesian farmers. We are trying to help offload the weights from the farmers; by outsourcing the process to our facilities, offering a lower production costs, adopting fair trade principles, and by providing sustainable market access and business opportunities.

Chandra Hendriawan
Managing Director
Prior to Java Kirana and coffee in general, Chandra spends the majority of his career in banking industry, where he work around corporate banking.
Also a certified Permaculture Design Consultant, currently he is overseeing the estate management, post processing, and farmers relationship management.
Noverian Aditya
Strategy & Commercial
Noverian previously works around investments, mergers&acquisitions, and sustainability where he got to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
In Java Kirana, he took the business development, marketing, and partnership role, while also overseeing the R&D and Quality Control team.
Nabila Azraini
Research & Development
As the brain of the team, Nabila is a professional in food technology, food safety, and fermentation. A natural born researcher, she loves to tinker around innovations and the science behind a good cup of coffee.
She will oversee the R&D process of Java Kirana, using our database as her primary research materials to increase the quality of Java Kirana's coffee.
